Methi Onion Salad
Fenugreek or Methi leaves are used to
make Paratha's, mixed in dal and as Sabji.
I tried making this salad with fresh
Methi leaves.
Try making this salad with
this wonder herb which is rich in vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients
:
Fresh Methi leaves - 2 cup
Finely cut Onions - 1/4th cup
Asafoetida (hing) - 1 pinch
Jeera - 1 tsp
Green Chiili paste or Red
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted Groundnut powder - 2
tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Method
:
Mix all the ingredients well
and serve this salad with Roti / Paratha.
