You can make Khajoor Chocolate and treat your family with this yummy dessert.. It is very easy to make... If I had to give the kids to eat the Dates, it would always be left in the plate...The first time I made this Chocolate, it just got over in minutes... Date (Khajoor) Chocolate
Ingredients :
Chopped Khajoor / Dates - 1 Cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Roasted almonds or cashew nuts 12-15
Desiccated Coconut - 2 tbsp
Method :
Mix dates and ghee in a kadhai and heat it on a low flame for about a minute. Mash it well while cooking.
To this add cocoa powder and knead it well. Make 12 to 15 portions of it. Stuff an
almond or cashew nut in each portion and make a ball of it. Roll this over the desiccated coconut and place it on a paper cup...
