Mumbai Mast Tomato Tawa Pulao

This dish is normally served at Pav Bhaji Stalls in Mumbai... You would observe that once they finish serving  Pav Bahji they would add rice to the left over Pav Bhaji mixture and make this Tawa Pulao.  This is very simple to make!   Do try this out and post your valuable comments.

Ingredients :

1 Big bowl of Rice (you may also use left over rice)
Oil - 1 tbspn
2 Onions roughly cut into cubes
2 tomatoes roughly cut into cubes
1 Capsicum cut into cubes
Fresh Green peas 1/4th Cup parboiled
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp each
Tomato Ketchup - 1/2 cup
Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Paneer cubes
Everest / Suhana Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Corriander leaves

Method :

In a wok or pan, add oil.  When it is hot, add the ginger garlic paste and saute for 15 seconds.
Add the chopped onions and saute till it is soft for around 10 to 15 seconds.  Now add the cut tomatoes and allow it cook.  To this add the Capsicum and cook for a minute.  Add the red chilli, turmeric powder,  Everest / Suhana Pav Bhaji Masala and salt to taste.  Add the Tomato Ketchup and Paneer Cubes and water to this mixture and allow it to cook for some time.

Now add the cooked rice and mix this well.  Add the par boiled peas and green corriander leaves and serve hot with Raita,Papad and Pickle...
