Oats Smoothie - Healthy breakfast

Having Oats for breakfast is a delicious way to add fiber and nutrients to your body
first thing in the morning!

I tried making this smoothie with fruits for breakfast recently and it was a fulfilling meal. I would soon be back with the Masala Version of Oats shortly...

Ingredients :

2 Table Spoon of Quaker Oats
2 cups of milk
1 cup of water
Sugar if required
2 Bananas
1 to 2 table spoon of Strawberry crush or fresh Strawberry
Ice Cubes
Black Grapes  or other fruits of your choice for decoration

Method :

Cook the oats in water with sugar for a minute.  Cool this mixture.  In a mixer, pour the cooked oats, and all other ingredients and make a thick smoothie.  Decorate with fruits of your choice and serve chilled!
