Instant Medu Wada with bread
Making Medu Wada requires one to soak the dal, grind
it which will definitely take some time... This Bread Medu Wada is easy to make
and also tastes almost similar to the traditional wada.

Ingredients
:
Bread -
6 slices
Rice
Powder - 1/2 cup
Besan -
1 tbsp
Onion
cut - 1/4th cup
Green
chillies cut - 2 tsp
Cut
Corriander leaves - tbsp
Grated
ginger - 1 tsp
Cut
curry leaves 2 tsp
Groundnut
powder - 2 tbsp
Coconut
cut into small pieces
Jeera
powder - 1 tspn
Curd -
1/4th cup
Salt to
taste
Oil for
frying
Method :
Soak
the bread in water and remove out quickly and squeeze water out. Mix
all other ingredients and make a thick dough. Add enough water if
dry.
Make balls of the
above dough and make a hole in between and deep fry in hot oil till golden
brown. Serve with green chutney & Sambar.
