Jalapeno Pepper Slices in Vinegar
I
like to use the Jalapeno peppers while making my Pizza. This is an inexpensive and easy way to make
them at home.
Ingredients :
Bhavnagri
Mirch or Jalapeno Pepper - 6
White
Vinegar - 1/2 cup
Table
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar
- 1/2 tsp
Method
:
Wash
the Pepper and cut them into thin round slices.
Put them in a clean bottle. Add
Vinegar, salt and sugar. Shake well and
keep this outside for 3 days. You will
see that the colour of the Pepper changes from green to light yellow. You may add more sugar in case you want them
to be on the sweeter side.
You
may keep them in fridge for months and use them as and when required.
