Sprouts
are considered a wonder-food because of their high nutritional value. The seeds
are germinated and eaten either raw or cooked.

Sprout Chaat
Ingredients
:
Sprouted
Moong / Matki - 1/2 cup
Sprouted
Chana - 1/2 cup
Groundnut
- 1/4th cup (soak for 1/2 hour)
Onion
2 finely cut
Finely
cut Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Grated
Carrot - 1/4th cup
Apple
1/2 - finely cut & few cut black / Green grapes & 1 banana
Green
Chili paste - 1 tsp
Lemon
Juice - to taste
Green
Corriander leaves
Jeera
Powder & Chaat Masala & Black
Pepper Powder - 1
tsp
each
Salt
& Sugar to taste
Oil
for tadka
Method:
Put
Oil in a pan and add the green chilly paste and saute. Stir fry the sprouts and
ground
nut add little salt and cook this for 2 min.
Once this mixture is cooled, mix all the other ingredients and serve.
