Healthy Sprout Chaat

Sprouts are considered a wonder-food because of their high nutritional value. The seeds are germinated and eaten either raw or cooked.

You may have it for breakfast or lunch or an evening snack...

Sprout Chaat

Ingredients :
Sprouted Moong / Matki - 1/2 cup
Sprouted Chana - 1/2 cup
Groundnut - 1/4th cup (soak for 1/2 hour)
Onion 2 finely cut
Finely cut Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Grated Carrot - 1/4th cup
Apple 1/2 - finely cut & few cut black / Green  grapes & 1 banana
Green Chili paste - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - to taste
Green Corriander leaves
Jeera Powder & Chaat Masala  & Black Pepper Powder - 1
tsp each
Salt & Sugar to taste
Oil for tadka

Method:

Put Oil in a pan and add the green chilly paste and saute.  Stir fry the sprouts  and
ground nut add little salt and cook this for 2 min.  Once this mixture is cooled, mix all the other ingredients and serve.
