Dahi Idli

Have you ever tried having Idli with Dahi or Curd???   You will definitely enjoy this simple and yummy dish... This can be made as a snack in the evening.


Ingredients :
Steamed Idli Cut into pieces or Mini Idli's
Fresh Curd
Salt & Sugar to taste
Oil
Mustard Seeds
Jeera Seeds
Chopped green chillies
Curry leaves
Chaat Masala
Jeera Powder
Chopped Coriander
Red Chilli Powder
Fine Sev




 Method:

Add salt and sugar to the cold curd.   Add oil in a Kadhai, add mustard & jeera seeds, chopped green chillies & Curry leaves and pour in the curd.  Keep Idli in the serving plate and pour this curd over it.  Garnish with Red Chilli powder, Chaat Masala, Jeera Powder, Chopped Coriander & fine sev.
