Veggie Sooji Cheese Toast - A treat for Children
I normally
have an early dinner around 7:45 pm everyday... Not sure what went wrong yesterday...but
I wanted to eat something different even after having the Roti & Sabji as I
was still hungry... (probably it was a weekend and I am allowed to break some
rules... :) ).
I quickly cut
all the Veggies and got the mixture ready... I went down to great some fresh
bread... No one at home realized that I was away as they were so busy watching
a movie.
This dish was a feast for them
as they were served right from the tawa on to the serving plate.
This could be
eaten any time of the day and this is especially a tiffin treat for all the
school going kids... So all the mother's out there... try this out and you will
not complain that your child does not eat Veggies any more :)
I have named
this dish "Veggie Sooji Cheese Toast" . This is a mixture of semolina with finely chopped veggies which is used as a topping on bread slices,
and the whole arrangement is toasted till perfectly crisp.
Garnish it
with Cheese and your kids & family may mistaken it to be a slice of
Pizza... so go ahead and get loads of applause after you make this dish!
