Tawa Aloo Jeera

I had got some baby potatoes and made Tawa Aloo Jeera and packed this for lunch for family.   I had extracted my tooth during that time and I could not enjoy this dish...  The next time I made this dish again was when there were no vegetables at home and potatoes come handy in such scenario in all households :)

I did not have baby potatoes at home but managed to make it with boiling the potatoes and cutting them in cubes.  This vegetable with addition of some spices transforms it into an aromatic mouth watering dish!

Tawa Aloo Jeera is one of those dishes you can prepare without spending much time in the kitchen and the secret ingredient is the Jeera / cumin seeds which enhances the flavour of this dish.
