Pumpkin Soup - Will support your weight-loss goals!

Ingredients:

Cubes of pumpkin 100 grams
Chopped Tomato 1
Fresh Basil leaf 4
Black pepper 4
Clove 2
Cinnamon power – a dash  
Wheat Flour 1/2 teaspoon
Milk 1 cup
Garlic Chopped 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Water 4 cups
Salt to taste (I used rock salt)

Method:

Add Chopped cubes of pumpkin, Chopped Tomato 1, Fresh Basil leaf 4, Black pepper 4,
Clove 2 dash of Cinnamon power add water 4 cups water and cook till 3 whistle in cooker
Once the mix is room temperature make the puree of it.

Take another pan add 1 teaspoon olive oil add chopped garlic and very little Wheat Flour about 1/2 teaspoon and saute for 2 to 3 min then add 1 cup of milk and let it cook for 5 min, add little salt to taste once the white sauce is ready add the cooked pumpkin puree to white sauce and cook for 5 min

Soup is ready to serve with some roasted Pumpkin seeds or melon seeds...
