Quick & Easy Dadpe Pohe

I am sure many of the working ladies always have this confusion in the morning... what should I make for breakfast today?

We all make Pohe (a dish made from beaten rice)... I like it when it is hot and  just out the Kadai  and it should be spicy:).

I will today share a recipe with you, which is even more easier than making the normal Poha.  If you get bored of the normal breakfast items, this is a must try.

You can create this dish in minutes and it is quick to make.  It is a simple and spicy dish which is non fried.  On a health note, it is recommended for diabetic patients.  So do try it and do leave your feedback & comments!

Ingredients :

White Pohe / Brown Pohe - 1 Cup
Finely chopped Cucumber  -1
Tomato finely chopped - 1
Green Chillies finely chopped - 2 to 3
Corriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Fresh Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
Normal Salt / Rock Salt to taste
Lemon Juice
Roasted Peanuts

Method :

Dry roast the Poha for some time.  Mix all the cut veggies and coconut with salt and Lemon Juice. In a big vessel mix the Poha and the mixture of veggies and keep this covered for 5 minutes.  This is a good Option for children's school
tiffin.

If you want to make it more delicious, you may add tempering of Mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds to the Poha. Garnish with Potato chiwda or Sev.
