Cheese Masala Pav - Street Food
I had been very busy in the last 2 months. At the breakfast table, few of my friends in
the office decided to take a break and chill during last weekend. This time the plan worked and we executed it
also :) We headed to Nagaon & Kashid
Beach by road with our family and friends and had a great time! We relaxed
and had an excellent weekend at the beach where kids enjoyed the most! All the beaches were crowded as it was a long
weekend. I preferred relaxing on the
hammock and enjoying the breeze... While all other's enjoyed the water
sports... I preferred clicking pictures and enjoying the nature!
We had lots of fish and chicken and I guess
none of us will eat Non Veg for few weeks now... The day we checked out from
the resort, there were other family members who checked in... so the resort is
booked for the entire month as it is a Holiday season.
At my workplace, I had to organize several events in April & May... It is not very easy to plan an event... It requires lot of co-ordination, planning and execution. The organizers need to ensure that what come may the show must go on :). I was unwell the previous day, and was not sure if I would be able to attend office the next day. But I ensured that nothing effected the planned programme. I thank almighty as he answered my prayers and I was feeling better on the day of the event!
During the last event that was conducted at my office, we organized for Mango Mastani and Kachi Dabeli... Everyone enjoyed the sweet & spicy dish and relished the Mastani from Sujata Mastani (a famous Mastani joint in Pune).
The dish that I made recently, is something similar to Kachi Dabeli but the filling differs... Masala Pav is made by stuffing spicy tomato-onion gravy inside butter-laden Pav (Buns). My son, Dhiraj loves this dish and he can enjoy this for breakfast or Snack :)
The Pav is stuffed with the Masala and roasted on the tava with butter, I added loads of cheese along with it for a richer feel. This tastes just awesome and will definitely make a hit weekend menu.... So friends, go ahead and try this simple recipe and enjoy this dish with your family & friends with a hot cup of Tea!!
