Cheese Maggi Wedges - Ye Dil Mange More!!

May be it's a school going kid, or the youngsters... they all love Maggi i.e. the all time favourite - 2 minutes Noodles!  Believe me it's a staple food of every youngster who lives in a hostel...

Recently, my daughter told  me to add Cheese to her Maggi when it was cooked.   So another experiment ingredient on Maggi is Cheese. Be it Mozzarella or Cheddar, grate it on the Maggi after its cooked and heat it in the microwave for two more minutes. This is the yummiest form of Maggi ever that you would have tasted.

I tried making the Cheese Maggi Wedges and it is the ultimate snack that you will also definitely enjoy making... it goes well with a spicy tomato sauce added with some Mayonnaise dip...

So let's start the preparations!



Ingredients :

Maggi Noodles + Masala - 2 packets
Cheese - 2 cubes
Water
Oil for frying

Method :

Cook Maggi Noodles with the tastemaker and add the cheese to it and allow it to melt.  Lay a silver foil in a container & transfer the Maggi into it. Spread it evenly and cover it with silver foil and freeze this for an hour.

Remove from freezer and cut them evenly in the shape of wedges.  Put oil in a pan and when hot, deep fry the wedges till they are crisp... Enjoy them with your favourite tomato sauce or add some mayonnaise to the sauce and dip it in the sauce and munch munch munch with your drink:)
