Peanut / Groundnut Ladoos - Celebrating 2 years of blogging!

Time just flies.... It's almost 2 years that I have been blogging... Today, Celebrating 192 recipes, 5 Lakh plus views & counting more!  

Feeling very excited and would like to share this happiness with all of you by sharing a quick and simple recipe which you can definitely try at your home!!


Peanut Ladoo, simple, delicious, one of the most nutritious & healthy dish which is majorly prepared during upwas / vrat / fasting. It is easy & quick to prepare.

Peanuts are great source of protein, minerals, antioxidants, vitamins.  Young and old.. all love to eat this!

Ingredients :

Groundnut : 2 Cups (roasted & peeled)
Jaggery : 1 Cup
Dried Ginger powder (soonth) : 1/4th tsp

Method:


Roast the peanuts in a pan and remove the skin. Allow them to cool. Grind the peanuts & jaggery.  Add dried ginger powder to this mixture and mix well.   Divide mixture into small portions & shape them into small balls.  I bet there will no Ladoos left to store in airtight containers as they are so yummy & tasty!  Enjoy & and as always do leave your feedback and comments!
