Masala Cheese Cookies
Masala Cookies
are biscuits that you find in bakeries in Kerala.. You will find different
coloured cookies sweet, salty and spicy and they look so tempting! Whenever guests visited our home in Kerala,
we looked forward to the Mixed cookies that they would bring along with
them. Our Grandmother used to give us
all biscuits with our tea. I especially
liked the one with pepper flavour!
I tried making
the Masala Cheese cookies 2 years ago and
they all got burnt and hard... as I was not aware of the settings and had to
throw away all of them :(. I dared to
make them again recently but his time with lots of patience and the result was
very good...It had a lovely flavour of all the masala and the cheese.
It was a Friday
and since I had around 2 hours of time in hand after making the breakfast and
Ria's Tiffin, I decided to bake these Cookies.
I gave all my colleagues and friends at office to taste and they all loved the taste.
So let's check
out the ingredients that you will require to make these delicious cookies!
