Easy Pachak Mukhwas /Digestive Mouth Freshener
Most of the Indian households will have Mukhwas i.e. mouth freshener
which is consumed by all in the family after a heavy and scrumptious meal which
helps aid digestion. The seeds used to
make this mouth freshener helps in solving most of your digestion problems.
I always get tempted to buy Mukhwas that are sold at various stalls and
end up buying the sweet version of Mukhwas and believe me we all finish them in
days and eat it like dessert after lunch / dinner.
I would be sharing a salted version of Mukhwas which not only keeps the mouth refreshingly fresh but also aids in digestion
and keeps indigestion at bay.
It is quite simple and easy to make this mouth freshener… so are you
