Sweet Corn Spicy
Chaat is a very simple, healthy,
flavorful and easy recipe when you crave for some chat.. This innovative snack combines of boiled corn with ingredients
like onions, tomatoes, spice powders and lemon juice to deliver a revitalizing
flavour to this dish...
Most of the malls would have this counter and the best season
this dish is enjoyed during the Monsoon... I enjoyed my bowl of hot corn chaat which

Let's make the dish...
Ingredients :
Sweet Corn - 1.5 cups Boiled
Water - 2 to 3 cups
Butter - 1 tbsp
Large Onion - Finely chopped
Large Tomato - Finely chopped
Green Chilly - 1 finely chopped
Chaat Masala - as per taste
Coriander leaves a handful -
chopped
Rock Salt & Normal Salt - as
per taste
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp (you
may add more if you want it spicy)
Lemon Juice of half lemon
Method :
Boil water in a pan. Add the Sweet corn & salt & the
butter and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain the water from the corn and keep it aside. Transfer this to a bowl. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, chillies, chaat
masala, red chili powder, both the salt and mix well. Add lemon juice & coriander leaves and
mix this well... Serve immediately .
Enjoy this chaat which is a very healthy option when you feel hungry!
